What can be corrected
Reports may concern source facts, geographic applicability, evidence freshness, methodology descriptions, identity disclosures, accessibility or presentation. Do not send personal financial information.
How review works
- The report is classified and the relevant source or governed record is identified.
- Source issues can trigger evidence re-review; methodology issues are escalated to the methodology owner.
- Material published corrections are recorded in the corrections log without inventing examples.
